Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Massachusetts is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications, and demonstrate products while driving sales and supporting in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks and on-line orders; process refunds/exchanges as needed.
• Support in-store events and services to drive sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks.
