Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, personalizing service to their needs and answering questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support the execution of in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and ensure testers are available.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
