Ulta Beauty in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service on the sales floor, perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, and help run in-store events that delight guests.

You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with online orders, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals while maintaining great standards of cleanliness and courtesy.

A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or with a team.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service, greeting and engaging customers, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on new products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
