Job summary

Ulta Beauty Seasonal Beauty Advisor delivers an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, understanding needs, and guiding purchases. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales while maintaining store cleanliness and stock.

You’ll support leadership in events and appointments and stay informed on products to better serve guests. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge;

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, build rapport and determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and demonstrations.
• Drive sales, handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support in-store events and appointments; maintain cleanliness and stock.
