Job summary

Sephora in Tulsa Utica Square is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll keep the floor stocked, create a welcoming environment, and help reflect Sephora’s brand through engaging visuals and service.

This role is hourly, non-exempt with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
