Job summary

Sephora in Louisville is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and assist with inventory, merchandising, and safety standards. The role is hourly, with flexible 0–14 hours weekly and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Fast learner with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong commitment to client service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through promotional setups and events.
