Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in support of sales goals. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures, with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Ensure compliance and timely completion of operational processes including shipping and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code consistently.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, faced and testers available.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and protect company assets.
