Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding guest experiences through personalized service and product knowledge. You will assist guests on the sales floor, perform beauty treatments, and support in-store events to drive sales and loyalty.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work collaboratively with store teams, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, determine needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Keep fixtures stocked and the store clean for a premium guest experience.
• Process transactions, exchanges, and assist with online orders as needed.
• Support in-store events and loyalty program promotions to grow guest engagement.
