Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist in replenishment and merchandising tasks, contributing to overall performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and at least 1 year of relevant work experience, with comfort using POS systems and Apple devices. You will work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of shipping and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
