Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and about a year of relevant experience, with comfort using POS systems and Apple devices, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are executed as planned and stock is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard; complete shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store cleanliness; protect company assets and guest experience.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, faced, and ensuring testers are available.
