Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analyses. You will help guests find the right products, demonstrate services, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards and inventory.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Customer service and selling skills.
• Basic technology competency (POS, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders as needed.
• Book appointments for services and events to enhance the guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and keep fixtures stocked and signed.
