Job summary

Sephora Georgetown is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help keep the store stocked and visually ready, assist with inventory, replenishment, and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment for all guests. Hours are flexible (0–14 per week) and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
