Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, help customers select makeup, skincare, and services, and support cash wrap and merchandising. You’ll engage guests, explain promotions, and contribute to store goals while learning Ulta’s products and brand standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work with a team; prior retail or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or guest-service experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage guests and explain product benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed store goals for sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Assist with in-store events and appointments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
