Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events to drive sales while upholding Ulta Beauty standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; prior retail or service experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with service, product questions and questions about promotions.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support the execution of services and events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and properly stocked fixtures.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
