Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support store operations.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, book appointments for services and events, and stay informed on new products to better serve guests. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions and services
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
