Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and uphold store standards. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and support in-store events to drive sales.

You should be passionate about beauty, comfortable with technology, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or cosmetics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with ability to upsell and advise guests on products.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic tech on Apple devices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders as needed.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better educate guests.
