Qualifications

• Guest-service oriented with ability to upsell
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with guests
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on the sales floor
• Flexible to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by assisting guests, greeting them, and personalizing service
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to enhance guest experience
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish stock, and ensure product testers are available
• Adhere to store policies and contribute to a positive, compliant work environment
