Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling; proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with online orders and in-store events.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support events.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
