Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales. The role supports leadership on service, events, and stock management while maintaining store standards and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service.

Flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends is required; prior retail and beauty knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficiency with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and engage each guest to determine their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, and assist with online orders and returns.
