Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product demonstrations, and support in-store events.

You will help guests select products, answer questions, and promote promotions while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with online orders, and staying informed about new products and services to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices)
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experiences and assist with product questions and promotions
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos
• Assist with checkout, exchanges, and online order support
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenishment of fixtures and merchandise
• Support in-store events and brand education sessions
• Adhere to store policies and dress code and protect company assets
