Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and demonstrate products to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

You will support leadership through in-store events, stay informed on new products, maintain a clean store, and contribute to meeting store goals with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
