Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to engage guests, assess needs, and promote products while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and handling cashier tasks. This role emphasizes guest service, knowledge of products, and participation in events to drive sales.

Experience with makeup applications or skincare analysis is a plus; flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Full- and part-time schedules may be available depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and ability to sell products.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer or product issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions, and assist with online orders as needed.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain overall store cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and appointments to deliver a premier guest experience.
