Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service and promote products.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events that deliver a great guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and communicate ingredients/benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance.
