Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Houston is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with cash-wrap, and keep fixtures stocked. You’ll perform makeup applications, provide product recommendations, and support in-store events to drive sales while upholding standards.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to learn quickly. Flexible schedule including weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Troubleshoot customer issues effectively
• Work well independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, assist with product recommendations and services
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales
• Handle cashier tasks and assist with online orders
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with in-store events and merchandise resets
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to serve guests better
