Job summary

Sephora Greenwich is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help keep a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a Belong to Something Beautiful culture.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) with peak coverage nights, weekends and holidays. Experience in retail or client service is a plus, and a team-focused mindset will help you

Qualifications

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
