Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events while driving sales.

The role requires customer service orientation, basic tech proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training and promotional programs available.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and sales is preferred.
• Comfort with basic technology including POS systems.
• Ability to build customer relationships and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked fixtures.
• Assist with merchandising, events, and promotions.
• Support leadership and participate in trainings.
