Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to create an engaging guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, assess beauty needs, perform makeup applications, and help with merchandise presentation and restocking on the sales floor.

You will also support cashier tasks, process online orders, and assist with in-store events while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engagement to determine individual needs.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Assist with cashier tasks and processing online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Support in-store events and demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
