Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage guests, answer questions, demonstrate products, and support events and services to drive sales while maintaining clean, stocked fixtures.

The role requires a passion for beauty, basic tech skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. High school diploma preferred and about 1 year of retail or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent guest service skills and selling competency.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.
• Strong customer relationship-building and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product questions and promotions.
• Process cashier transactions and returns.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Support in-store events and appointments to drive sales.
