Ulta Beauty in Kalamazoo is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging guests, answering questions, and recommending products. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and keep fixtures stocked while learning product knowledge.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, booking services, supporting in-store events, maintaining store cleanliness, handling cashier duties, and contributing to an inclusive, high-energy team environment.

Formación

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing recommendations.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support services and in-store events, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
