Ulta Beauty in Grand Rapids seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, demonstrate products, and support in-store events to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering guest experiences and sales goals.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests and maintain knowledge of ingredients/benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
