Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform cashier tasks, and drive sales through product demonstrations and services. You will support leadership in events, maintain clean fixtures, and stay informed on new products and promotions to best advise guests.

Required are a high school diploma (preferred) and 1 year of related experience; strong customer service and basic tech skills (POS, Apple devices) are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent education/experience combination.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.

• Contribute to meeting store goals in retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, explain products and promotions.
• Perform cashier duties, handle refunds and online orders.
• Execute makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness, restock as needed.
