Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Exton, PA is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll engage guests to identify needs, showcase products, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrate services to drive sales.

You will support the leadership team, assist with cashier tasks and online orders, keep displays stocked, and help run in-store events. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Passion for guest service and selling

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, identifying needs, and recommending products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, clean, and well merchandised; assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders and uphold Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
