Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver expert product knowledge and exceptional customer consultations on Newbury Street in Boston. Your role combines selling with brand storytelling, ensuring every shopper leaves with a memorable, values-driven experience.

You will drive sales, foster brand education, and contribute to a fun, inclusive team environment while upholding store standards and latest product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce results and feedback to exceed sales goals and grow the store's overall sales.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience and identify customer needs with active listening.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on our values, including Fighting Animal Testing and Ethical Buying, and engage with the community.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
• Development: Use available resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge and support team growth.
• DEIB: Promote inclusive teamwork and value diverse perspectives among staff.
• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present, and participate in team activities.
• Visuals/Merchandising: Keep the store visually appealing and well-organized.
• Stock/Inventory: Make real-time adjustments to displays based on sales data.
• Policies/Procedures: Follow opening/closing, product integrity, and safety standards.
