Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to provide exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations and brand education in Natick, MA. You’ll drive sales while delivering a fun, inclusive shopping experience that aligns with our values.

As a Seasonal Ambassador, you will deepen product knowledge, engage with customers, host store events, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on ethical beauty and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethics.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Languages such as Spanish or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce insights and feedback.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences; identify needs by listening.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical stance; host events.
• Expand product knowledge to confidently recommend offerings.
