Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Charlotte, NC is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to bring product knowledge and stellar customer consultations to the floor. You’ll drive sales, demonstrate benefits, educate shoppers on our brand values, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

This contract role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative team focused on exceptional shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• Seasonal position requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales and exceed goals using store insights and feedback.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, listen to needs, and demonstrate product benefits.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values like fighting animal testing and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products.
• Team Involvement: Develop sales techniques and support DEIB initiatives with the team.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain visuals, stock, and adherence to store policies.
