Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.

• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

• Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer. Connect with customers and identify needs.

• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products.
• Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and knowledge.
