Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Anchorage is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and uphold store standards.

You will drive sales, educate customers on our values, and contribute to a fun, inclusive team environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

This contract role offers $14.50 per hour and the chance to make a positive impact while learning about skincare and ethical business.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service (preferred).
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day issues (preferred).
• Team experience (preferred).
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics (preferred).
• DEIB training or cross-cultural collaboration (preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages (preferred).
