Sephora Castle Rock is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage client service during peak periods. You will help maintain a visually appealing, stocked store and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
