Job summary

Sephora Lincoln Center (Stockton) is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will keep the store visually ready, assist with merchandising, and help uphold Sephora standards in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment. Flexible hours by store need (0–14 per week), including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and help achieve sales goals.
• Support daily operations including inventory and stock replenishment.
