Job summary

Sephora Exton is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You'll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily duties.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll work with a diverse team, adapt to busy shifts, and contribute to Sephora’s service standards, inclusivity efforts, and overall performance, with weekend and evening

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
