Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver expert product knowledge, consultations, and engaging demonstrations. You'll help drive store excellence in sales and operations on the shop floor.

You will connect with customers, listen to their needs, and share the benefits of our vegan, handmade cosmetics while championing our brand values and community events. This role offers a flexible schedule with a fun, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced store environments.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service is preferred.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics and in cross-cultural DEIB environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: use StoreForce data and feedback to exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices.
• Continually expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products.
