Job summary

Sephora’s Carlsbad location is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak periods.

You'll help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Flexible scheduling includes availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
