Sephora Fashion Valley in San Diego is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You'll help maintain a stocked, visually ready store, deliver exceptional service, support inventory management, merchandising, and uphold Sephora standards. This fast-paced role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
