Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will greet guests, assess their needs, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events to drive sales.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong service mindset, and comfort with technology (POS and Apple devices). You should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greeting of guests.
• Assist with product questions, makeup applications, and recommendations.
• Support cashier tasks, exchanges, and online orders.
• Assist with in-store events and merchandise displays.
• Maintain clean, stocked and organized selling floor and fixtures.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
