Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with makeup applications, product demos, and in-store events. You will help meet store sales goals, maintain cleanliness, and stay informed on products and benefits to better serve guests.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer relations, and the ability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and is greeted, engaged, and assisted with product information.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events and support execution to deliver guest experience.
