Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, guide product choices, and support store operations. You’ll perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and ongoing education help you stay current with brand and product knowledge, contributing to a lively, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, explain products and services, and recommend items.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
