Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, tailor recommendations, explain promotions, and upsell products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online order assistance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store services/events to drive guest experience and sales.
