Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Owensboro, KY to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product knowledge, and support store sales and events. You will greet guests, perform demonstrations, and assist with services while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by the store.
• Provide a guest-friendly environment by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, and suggesting products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about new products and services and communicate ingredients and benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
