Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist customers, and keep the sales floor stocked and clean. You will engage guests, answer questions, and promote promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, product demonstrations, and booking services or events to create memorable experiences while meeting store goals. Prior retail experience and comfort with technology are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling, with ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers with product selection.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions efficiently.
• Keep fixtures stocked, merchandised, and store clean and organized.
• Demonstrate products, skincare analysis, and minor services when appropriate.
• Support events and in-store promotions to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
