Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, including online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
